Do you have any question?

Find answers to the most common questions about our tours and how to make the most of your travel experience.

  • Where is the meeting point for the Sevilla City Intro walk?

The meeting point is in front of the central statue in Plaza Nueva (King Fernando on horseback).

We carry no signs, no umbrellas, no specific color outfit. We just stand on the front side of the statue or if blocked, the closest that side that we can be.

  • Where is the meeting point for the Alcazar/Cathedral Tour?

The meeting point is at the Monumento a la Inmaculada in Plaza del Triunfo. It's a tall white column with the Virgin Mary at the top and four male statues around the base. We meet on the side of the monument that faces the wall of the Alcázar—right next to the statue of the sculptor Montañés, who’s holding a hammer in his right hand.

If, for any reason, access to the monument is blocked, we’ll still meet on that same side, as close as possible.

  • Can I do the Sevilla City Intro tour and the Alcazar tour on the same day?

Yes! The Sevilla City Intro tour starts at 10:30 AM and finishes right where the Alcázar or Cathedral tour begins at 1:15 PM.

There's a short break between the two—not quite enough for a full lunch, but definitely time to grab a snack, use the restroom, and freshen up before the next experience.

  • Do we need to be a group of four to join a tour?

    Not at all!

While our tours require a minimum of 4 people to run, you don’t need to bring the group yourself. We take care of putting people together, so even if you're traveling solo or as a couple, you're more than welcome to join—there's a good chance others will sign up too!

  • What happens if the tour doesn’t reach the minimum number of participants? Will my reservation be canceled?

Once your reservation is confirmed, we will never cancel it—unless something truly extraordinary or unexpected happens. If you're the first to book and the tour hasn't yet reached the minimum of 4 people, we'll let you know and keep you updated.

We’ll confirm the tour as soon as enough participants sign up.
