Alcazar Tour

This palace–formerly Moorish and later Christian–is a melting pot of architectural styles, historical facts, color and gardens that will remain in your memories for a long time.

We show you around for over an hour and once the tour finishes, you will have the chance to stay inside longer in order to wander through the beautiful palace again, take more pictures, or enjoy the gardens and their flora and fauna. We limit our groups to 12 participantes to make it easier to move in the crowd

To avoid lines or tickets being sold out on certain days, we urge you to buy your own tickets. You can buy the ticket online through this only website Alcazar de Sevilla Buy the ticket 13.00h (for the tour at 13.15h) or 15.00h (for the tour at 15.15 h) depending on your tour schedule.





Schedule:  The tour is at 13.15 h and in summer time at 12.45 h on Tues, Thurs and Sat. In Spring and Fall 15.15 h on Mon, Wed and Fri might be available.We always recommend to check the availability through the website. During official holidays, as well as the summer time, tour departure days may change. Please check our website for the most up-to-date schedule.

Language:  The tour is in English only.

Group size:  Due to the amount of groups and individual visitors inside the monument, our maximum group size is 12 which makes it easier to enter the Alcazar and the visit inside more enjoyable.

Meeting point: We meet at main statue in the middle of Plaza del Triunfo (Virgin Mary on top of a white column). Other groups meet at the same square. We carry no signs, no umbrellas, no specific color outfit. We just stand on the side of the statue which is closer the wall of the Alcazar and all we need is your name.

Tickets:  You should buy your tickets though the only official website which is www.alcazarsevilla.org And buy them for 13.00h (if touring at 13.15) or 15.00h (if touring at 15.15 h) depending on your tour schedule. You need to fil the full name and passport number of every member in your party.

Bookings:

There is a minimum and a maximum number of people that we take in a group so bookings are most recommended.

Cancellation policy:

 There is a cancellation fee of 10% for bookings paid with a credit card up to 48 hours before the tour. We refund 50% for cancellations 24 hours prior. No refunds at all for cancellations on the same day. There is no refund for the ticket price.
